TWENTY YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

ACA Corporation ("ACA") warrants to the original consumer that the anodized surface of its product is free from manufacturing defects that would cause it to peal, blister, crack, split, or chip for a period of twenty (20) years from the date of installation, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations stated in this warranty.

If any covered product is found to be defective under this warranty, ACA will, at its expense and as it deems advisable, repair, or replace its product, or make a pro-rata refund, as indicated, of the original cost of its product.

ACA'S liability under this warranty is limited to the original cost of its product as pro-rated above.

This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. In exterior applications the warranty covers only finishes and colors (all bronzes, black, gold, and clear) designated for exterior use. Gradual color change due to weathering is not breach of this warranty.
2. This warranty does not cover damage to the anodized surface due to abrasion, abuse, or physical impact (including crazing or cracking due to roll-forming or bending during fabrication), or damage from exposure to corrosive atmospheres or precipitations.
3. To continue this warranty in effect the anodized surface must be maintained and cleaned at least annually. Maintenance and cleaning as specified by AAMA must be performed and documented in writing.
4. All claims under this warranty must be made within thirty (30) days after discovery of a defect and prior to any alteration or repair. Claims must be made in writing to:

ACA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR DAMAGES ON ANY BASIS OTHER THAN THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY STATED HEREIN. ACA MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH EXCEEDS THE OBLIGATIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
